Poddasze Tatr House Rules
Please read the house rules below before your arrival. Making a booking is equivalent to accepting these rules.
1. General provisions
These rules set out the terms of service, liability and conduct on the premises of Poddasze Tatr, Rafaczówki 19, 34-520 Poronin, and are binding on all Guests.
2. Respecting property
Guests are required to respect and take care of the property, fittings and equipment located in the apartments, in the shared areas of the property and in its immediate surroundings (e.g. playground, terrace, garden). Please report any noticed faults or damage to the owner immediately.
3. Check-in and check-out
- The stay runs from 3:00 PM (arrival) to 11:00 AM (departure).
- Check-in is done via self check-in — directions, the access code and all information needed to enter the apartment independently are sent to the Guest by email or SMS before arrival.
- An earlier arrival or later departure requires prior agreement and depends on apartment availability.
4. Booking and payment
- A booking is made by phone or email; it is confirmed by paying a deposit in the amount agreed at the time of booking.
- The remaining amount is settled by the Guest no later than on the day of arrival.
5. Cancelling a booking
- A booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before the planned arrival.
- If cancelled less than 14 days before arrival, or in case of no-show, the deposit paid is non-refundable.
6. Number of guests and visitors
- Only the number of people reported and confirmed at the time of booking may stay in the apartment.
- The presence of unreported guests and visits by outside persons require the prior consent of the property owner.
7. Quiet hours
Quiet hours apply from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. During this time, please behave in a way that does not disturb the rest of other Guests and neighbours.
8. No smoking
- Smoking of tobacco products and e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited throughout the property — this also applies to balconies and terraces.
- For the safety of our Guests, the apartments are equipped with smoke detectors that activate automatically upon detecting smoke.
- Breaking this rule results in a PLN 500 penalty and the Guest being charged the documented costs of deodorizing and additional cleaning of the apartment.
9. No pets
- The property does not accept pets.
- If a pet is found in the apartment without the owner's consent, a fee of PLN 300 is charged, regardless of any additional cleaning or damage repair costs.
10. Liability and damages
- Guests are financially liable for damage to the apartment's equipment caused by themselves or their visitors.
- The owner reserves the right to charge the Guest for the cost of repairing damage found after departure.
11. Parking
The property provides free, unguarded parking. The owner is not liable for vehicles and property left in the parking area. Each 4-person apartment is allocated a maximum of one parking space, and each 6-person apartment a maximum of two spaces.
12. Playground and sauna
- Children may use the playground only under adult supervision. Full responsibility for children rests with their guardians.
- Guests use the sauna and fireplace room at their own risk, in line with the rules provided on site.
13. Keys and locks
If a key or access card is lost, the Guest will be charged the cost of replacing the lock or making a new key.
14. Waste sorting
Waste sorting according to the container labels is required on the property. Please follow these rules in the apartment as well.
15. Complaints
Please report any complaints about your stay immediately by phone or email so that they can be resolved promptly.
16. Personal data
The rules for processing Guests' personal data are described in the Privacy Policy.
17. Final provisions
Matters not regulated by these rules are governed by the provisions of the Polish Civil Code. The owner reserves the right to amend these rules.
18. Governing language
In case of any discrepancy between language versions, the Polish version is binding.
