How do check-in and check-out work?

Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00. Check-in is self check-in — we send all the directions and information needed to get into the apartment on your own by email or SMS before arrival. Check-out is fully self-service, with no need to meet staff.

How do I book a stay?

Bookings are made by phone or email — we answer personally. A booking is confirmed by paying a deposit, and the remaining balance is settled at the latest on the day of arrival.

Is there parking?

Yes, there are free parking spaces for guests in front of the building. Each 4-person apartment is assigned a maximum of 1 car, and each 6-person apartment a maximum of 2 cars.

Can I bring pets or smoke on the premises?

Accepted Answer

The property does not accept pets, and smoking of tobacco products and e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited throughout the entire property, including balconies and terraces. Detailed rules and fees for breaking these rules are listed in the house rules.

Yes, every apartment has access to fast Wi-Fi that covers the whole building. We share the network details with guests directly before arrival.

Yes, the property has a sauna and a fireplace room. Guests use them at their own risk, following the rules provided on site.

We try to keep our impact on the surrounding mountains as low as possible — we heat with a heat pump, treat wastewater on site in a biological treatment plant, and the apartments use eco-friendly cleaning products and full four-fraction waste sorting.

Poddasze Tatr is located in Rafaczówki near Ząb, a few minutes from the ski slopes, with Zakopane within a short drive. It's a quiet area, away from the bustle of Krupówki.

What's in the kitchen and bathroom?

The kitchen is fully equipped: hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, dishes and cutlery. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, a hairdryer, and a set of towels per person plus toiletries — nothing to pack.
