Personal data (first and last name, phone number, email address, and if needed, data required for check-in) is processed for the purpose of:
- handling inquiries and stay bookings,
- performing the apartment rental agreement,
- contact regarding matters related to the stay,
- fulfilling obligations arising from legal provisions (e.g. tax obligations).
3. Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract or steps taken prior to entering into a contract), point (c) (the controller's legal obligations) and point (f) (the controller's legitimate interest, e.g. pursuing claims).

Data is stored for the time necessary to complete the booking, and afterwards for the period required by law (e.g. tax law) or until any claims become time-barred.
